Consent to Collection and Processing of Personal Data

1. Person giving consent

1.1. I, a TrainerPad user, freely and knowingly consent to Individual Entrepreneur “AQYLDY SHESHIMDER”, Individual Identification Number 790520000010, collecting and processing my personal data.

2. Data

2.1. Name, phone, email, city, club/section, role, account identifiers, settings, technical logs, enquiries, plan and payment-transaction information excluding complete card details.

3. Purposes

3.1. Registration, authentication, feature delivery, security, support, notifications, subscription and refund management, service improvement and legal compliance.

4. Operations

4.1. Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, transfer to authorised providers, anonymisation, blocking and deletion by automated or other means.

5. Recipients

5.1. Hosting, payment, communications, support and analytics providers may process data as necessary, and public authorities where required by law.

6. Term and withdrawal

6.1. Consent applies while the account is used and during lawful retention. Withdrawal is sent to budo.asia@gmail.com and may make continued service use impossible.

7. Third-party data

7.1. By entering student, parent or staff data, I confirm authority and the required consent of the person or legal representative. This consent does not replace their separate consent.

8. Confirmation

8.1. Selecting an electronic checkbox, code confirmation, registration or another action clearly identified in the interface records my consent.
