Terms of Use

terms for using the TrainerPad service

1. Status

1.1. These Terms govern registration and use of trainerpad.asia, app.trainerpad.asia, student.trainerpad.asia, assistant.trainerpad.asia, the PWA and related TrainerPad features.

1.2. A User accepts the Terms by registering, selecting an acceptance checkbox, logging in or actually using the service. A User must be a legally capable person aged 18 or older.

2. Purpose

2.1. TrainerPad is an organisational tool for coaches, sections and clubs: students, groups, schedules, attendance, charges, payment statuses, debts, events, notifications, analytics and reports.

2.2. It is not a sports or educational institution, bank, payment organisation, accounting, tax, medical or legal system.

3. Registration and account

3.1. The User provides accurate details and keeps them current. The User is responsible for password/code confidentiality and account actions.

3.2. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately to budo.asia@gmail.com.

4. Roles and access

4.1. The account owner may assign staff roles within TrainerPad features and is responsible for invitations, permissions and timely access removal.

4.2. Actions by assistants and authorised users are treated as actions of the account owner within their assigned authority.

5. Student and minor data

5.1. The User determines what student, parent and staff data to enter and must have a lawful basis and required consents.

5.2. The User obtains legal-representative consent for minors. TrainerPad does not verify every consent and is not a party to the coach–student relationship.

6. Student payment records

6.1. Charges, payments and debts are internal records. TrainerPad does not confirm actual receipt of funds and is not responsible for settlements with students.

6.2. Payment for TrainerPad Pro itself is governed by the Public Offer and Payment and Refund Policy.

7. Content and accuracy

7.1. The User retains rights to submitted materials and grants the technical rights required to host and process them for the service.

7.2. The User is responsible for legality, accuracy and backups of critical data and should use export functions before account deletion.

8. Prohibited conduct

• hacking, bypassing controls or accessing another person's data;
• unlawful, malicious or rights-infringing material;
• reselling access, copying code or reverse engineering;
• automated loads that disrupt the service;
• unlawful surveillance, discrimination or spam.

9. Paid features

9.1. Basic and Pro, prices, limits, payment for periods and refunds are governed by the Offer, Payment Policy and order summary.

10. Availability and support

10.1. TrainerPad is supplied “as available”. Reasonable security and recovery measures are taken, but absence of every error or interruption is not guaranteed.

10.2. Support is available at budo.asia@gmail.com and other channels shown in the service.

11. Suspension and deletion

11.1. Access may be limited for breaches of law, security, third-party rights or these documents.

11.2. The User may request deletion. Retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and law.

12. Intellectual property

12.1. TrainerPad code, design, marks and materials are protected. No exclusive rights are transferred.

13. Liability

13.1. The User is responsible for training, student health and safety, contracts, taxes and collection of payment for the User's own services.

13.2. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.

14. Changes

14.1. The current version is published online. Material changes are communicated where practicable. Paid-subscription changes follow the Offer.
