1. Scope

1.1. This Policy applies to trainerpad.asia, app.trainerpad.asia, student.trainerpad.asia, assistant.trainerpad.asia, the PWA, support forms, notifications and related features.

1.2. Individual Entrepreneur “AQYLDY SHESHIMDER” operates account data. For student data, the User determines purpose and legality while TrainerPad technically processes data to provide the service.

2. Data categories

• account: name, phone, email, city, club/section, role, settings and identifiers;
• students and representatives: name, birth date/age, contacts, group, schedule, attendance, charges, payment status, debt, notes and other User-submitted data;
• technical: IP, device, OS, browser, login, action and error logs;
• subscription: plan, period, transaction status, amount, currency and transaction ID;
• support: correspondence, attachments and support details.

2.2. TrainerPad does not receive or store full card numbers, CVV/CVC or other complete card credentials.

3. Sources

3.1. Data comes from the User and invitees, automatically from devices and infrastructure, and in a minimum necessary form from banks, payment and communications providers.

4. Purposes and grounds

• registration, authentication and security;
• feature delivery and synchronisation;
• subscription, payment, refund and document administration;
• support, notifications and abuse prevention;
• reliability analytics and service improvement;
• legal compliance and defence of rights.

4.2. Grounds include consent, performance of contract, legal obligations and other grounds under the laws of Kazakhstan.

5. Students and minors

5.1. Before entering data, the User must obtain required consent from the student or legal representative and provide required processing information.

5.2. TrainerPad is not intended for independent child use without an authorised adult. Sensitive data should not be entered unless necessary and separately lawful.

6. Recipients

6.1. Data may be shared as necessary with hosting, backup, payment, email/SMS/push, support and analytics providers, and with public authorities on lawful request. Payments are accepted through Bank CenterCredit JSC and the payment organisation Paylink.kz, which receive the data required to process and confirm a transaction.

6.2. Personal data is not sold or provided for third-party independent advertising.

7. Location and cross-border transfers

7.1. Primary storage infrastructure is hosted by Hoster.KZ in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. Cross-border transfer to specific technical providers occurs only with a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention

8.1. Data is retained while an account is active and then as necessary for billing, security, disputes and legal duties.

8.2. After confirmed account deletion, operational data is normally deleted or anonymised within 30 days; backups are cleared under their retention cycle unless law requires otherwise.

9. Security

9.1. HTTPS/TLS, access controls, logging, backups and other reasonable measures are used. The User is responsible for device and credential security.

10. Rights

10.1. A data subject may request information, access, correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent and challenge processing within the law.

10.2. For student data, first contact the coach/club that entered it. A request may also be sent to budo.asia@gmail.com; identity and authority verification may be required.

11. Cookies and local storage

11.1. Necessary cookies and local storage support sessions, security, language and PWA operation. Optional analytics follows available settings and law.

12. Incidents

12.1. Security incidents are contained and affected persons and authorities are notified where required by law.
